Rates for other units, when available, can be requested at the office. Three week minimum stay upon move-in. Weekly rates are plus tax for initial 30 days, then no tax, and no tax on monthly rates. Rates may change without notice.

Rent is all-inclusive, which means one rent payment covers all services, utilities, telephone and local calling, Direct TV with 4 HBOs, Wireless Internet and all amenities.   Linens, bedding and towels are provided initially but there is no housekeeping service.  There are two laundry facilities on site.

A refundable security deposit of $350 is required upon move-in for weekly tenants. Additional security is required when converting to monthly tenancy. The pet deposit is a one time non-refundable deposit of $75 per pet. 

OFFICE HOURS:  10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MONDAY through FRIDAY. 

SWIMMING POOL:  The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.  Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 21.  There is no lifeguard on duty.
